Our beautiful, Florida villa is located 4 miles down Poinciana Boulevard from Highway 192. Cumbrian Lakes is a brand new gated community, set in a conservation area with attractive lake, walking track and child's play area. You can relax in the luxury of our villa yet be only a few minutes drive from theme parks, dining, shopping, golf and entertainment.
The area around the villa is landscaped, and the rear outlook, is on to a wooded conservation area.
1st Master Bedroom, has a super king-sized bed, with a large walk-in-wardrobe, cable television, safe, and a large en-suite bathroom.
A large double garage fitted our to keep all amused for hour, 6' slate pool table, darts board, bar football table, various patio furniture.
